No! The wonderful thing about the workouts is that they can be done easily at home with zero workout equipment. In some of the workouts, you will see suggested equipment that Lindsay uses, however you can certainly do the workouts without equipment and still get a great workout!
The risk-free trial is 7 days. You can cancel anytime before the 7 days are up to avoid being billed; otherwise, your paid membership will begin after the 7 days are up.
If you’re on the monthly membership you can cancel at anytime. You will have access to the platform for 28 days from your last payment. If you are on an annual membership, you will have access to the platform for 1 year and then can cancel at anytime.
1. Log in to your account, click on Account on top right corner of home page to
navigate to account page.
2. On the side menu, click on Subscription & Billing.
3. Click
Cancel my subscription. Select or type a reason why you’re leaving then click next, or click skip–click
